Homeless Helpers is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We work with a printing partner that creates each custom order shortly after the order is placed. Any order that is damaged or defective can be replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days. Just email a clear photo of the problem to HomelessHelpers41@gmail.com. You don't need to return the product. We will issue a replacement or refund promptly. *Please note that the colors on products received may vary somewhat depending on the screen you're using while placing the initial order.
